TRICKSHOTS WEDDING

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By ticking the agreement box during booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% initial payment of the selected package fee is required to secure and confirm the event date.

 

  • The remaining 50% balance payment must be completed one day before the event or on the event day before coverage begins.

 

  • Payments made are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of the initial payment, as the date is reserved exclusively for the client and other bookings may be declined.

 

2. TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATION COST

 

  • The client is responsible for all transportation costs related to the event unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

  • Where accommodation is required due to the event location, the client bears the full accommodation cost for the photography/videography team.

 

  • All additional travel-related expenses must be agreed upon before the event date.

3. TWO-DAY WEDDING EVENTS

 

  • For wedding events spanning two days, an additional 20% charge applies to the selected basic photography and/or videography package rates only.

 

  • The additional 20% charge does not apply to add-ons, including:

 

  • Photobooks

 

  • Frames

 

  • Additional photographers/videographers

 

  • Extra deliverables

 

  • Other optional services

 

  • The client is responsible for transportation costs for both event days.

 

  • Where accommodation is required, the client bears the full accommodation expenses.

 

4. EVENT COVERAGE TIME

 

  • Coverage time is strictly based on the selected package duration.

 

  • An additional 45-minute grace period is provided after the allocated coverage time for one-day wedding packages only.

 

  • After the grace period, an additional charge of GH₵150 per extra hour

 

  • Alternatively, the client may upgrade to a package with extended coverage time.

 

  • Delays caused by the client, wedding party, venue, or event schedule do not automatically extend coverage time.

 

5. DELIVERY OF FINAL IMAGES & VIDEOS

u Photography Delivery

 

  • A preview selection of 30 fully edited images will be delivered within 3 days after the wedding event.

 

  • The remaining edited images will be delivered within 3–7 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the event.

 

  • Edited images will be uploaded gradually to the client’s Google Drive gallery every week until completion.

u Video Delivery

 

  • A wedding highlight trailer will be delivered within 10 days after the event.

 

  • The fully edited wedding film will be delivered via pendrive after completion of the editing process.

 

  • Final video delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the wedding film and workload.

 

6. PHOTOBOOK & FRAME DELIVERY

 

  • Photobooks and frames will be produced and delivered within 14 days after all edited digital images have been delivered.

 

  • The production timeline may vary depending on design approval, printing schedules, and supplier availability.

 

7. DELIVERY COSTS

  • The client is responsible for the delivery costs of:

 

  • Photobooks

 

  • Frames

 

  • Pendrives

 

  • Any physical wedding products

 

  • Delivery fees will be communicated before dispatch.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & EVENT DETAILS

  • The client must provide accurate event details, including:

 

  • Venue location(s)

 

  • Event schedule

 

  • Contact persons

 

  • Important wedding activities to be covered

 

Any changes to the event date, venue, or schedule must be communicated immediately.

9. CREATIVE STYLE & EDITING

 

  • The client acknowledges and accepts Trickshots Wedding’s photography and videography style as displayed in our portfolio.

 

  • Editing styles, colour grading, and creative decisions remain at the professional discretion of Trickshots Wedding.

 

10. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

 

  • Trickshots Wedding retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos produced.

 

  • The client receives personal usage rights for the delivered images and videos.

 

  • Trickshots Wedding reserves the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless a written privacy agreement is made before the event.

 

11. BACKUP & DATA STORAGE

 

  • Trickshots Wedding maintains professional backup procedures during the editing process; however, clients are encouraged to download and safely store their final delivered files.

 

  • Trickshots Wedding is not responsible for loss of files after the final delivery period.

 

12. DATE RESERVATION POLICY

 

  • The client’s event date is considered officially booked only after the required initial payment has been received.

 

  • Until payment is made, Trickshots Wedding reserves the right to accept other bookings for the same date.

 

  • A verbal agreement or enquiry does not guarantee availability of the date.

 

13. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY

 

  • In the event of cancellation or postponement, the client must notify Trickshots Wedding as soon as possible.

 

  • Payments made remain subject to the agreed payment and refund terms.

 

  • If the client wishes to move the event to another date, the new date will be subject to availability.

 

 

  • Any additional costs arising from a change of date, including price adjustments, may apply.
