8. Digital Marketing
Digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed.
Results may be affected by factors outside our control, including advertising platforms, algorithms, audience behaviour, market conditions, competition and changes to platform policies.
9. Intellectual Property
– Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Trickshots Studio retains applicable rights in its original creative work.
– Clients receive the agreed use of their purchased deliverables according to the package or agreement.
– Our photographs, videos, graphics, designs and other creative work may not be commercially reproduced, resold or redistributed outside the agreed use without permission where required.
10. Client Images and Portfolio Use
Trickshots Studio may request permission to use selected client photographs or videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes.
