BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

1. Booking
Clients may book available fixed-price packages through the Trickshots Studio website.
The booking process may allow clients to:
– Select a package
– Select available add-ons
– Select a preferred date
– Enter client and event information
– Make the required payment
Services requiring customized pricing may be handled through a quotation.
2. 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
A date is not considered secured until the required deposit has been successfully received and the booking has been confirmed.
3. Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of the shoot or event.
4. Package Pricing
– The price displayed for a package applies to the services and deliverables listed for that package.
– Clients should review the package details before making payment.
5. Add-ons
Available add-ons can be selected during booking.
Additional charges apply to selected add-ons.
Examples may include:
– Additional photographer
– Additional coverage hours
– Pre-wedding photography
– Photobooks
– Frames
– Other available services
6. Customized Quotations
Corporate events, school events, parties and other services requiring customized coverage may be quoted separately.
The quotation may take Into account:
– Duration
– Location
– Number of photographers/videographers
– Type of coverage
– Equipment requirements
– Deliverables
– Other client requirements
7. Early Booking Discount
A 10% discount may apply to bookings made three months or more in advance, subject to the applicable promotional conditions.
8. Website Promotions
– Trickshots Studio may offer promotional discounts for bookings made through the website.
– Where a website promotion is active, the applicable discount, validity period and conditions will be displayed or communicated.
– Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions should not be assumed to be cumulative.
9. Payment Processing
– Online payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.
– The payment provider may process payment information according to its own terms, privacy policy and security procedures.
10. Payment Confirmation
– Clients should retain their payment confirmation or receipt.
– Booking and payment information may also be recorded by Trickshots Studio for business and service-delivery purposes.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Clients who need to cancel or change a booking should contact Trickshots Studio as soon as possible.
– Requests for rescheduling or cancellation will be considered based on the circumstances, availability and nature of the booking.
– Any specific arrangement agreed between Trickshots Studio and the client will apply to that booking.
12. Refunds
Where a refund is requested, the request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the booking, applicable terms and any specific agreement between Trickshots Studio and the client.
