CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

At Trickshots Studio, we understand that plans may sometimes change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled for our photography, videography and digital media services.
1. Booking Deposit
– A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your selected date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– The booking deposit reserves the date and allows Trickshots Studio to allocate the necessary resources for your booking.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
A client may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the booking deposit.
Where a booking is cancelled within this 24-hour period, the 50% booking deposit is eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable payment-processing or transaction charges.
3. Cancellation After 24 Hours
After 24 hours from the time the booking deposit is paid, the 50% booking deposit becomes non-refundable.
This is because the date has been reserved specifically for the client and Trickshots Studio may have declined other enquiries or made preparations and commitments based on the booking.
4. Rescheduling
Clients who need to change their booking date should contact Trickshots Studio as soon as possible.
Rescheduling may be permitted subject to:
– Availability of the requested new date
– The type of service booked
– The amount of notice provided
– Existing bookings and commitments
Where a rescheduling request is accepted, the original booking deposit may be transferred to the new date.
Rescheduling does not make a non-refundable booking deposit refundable.
5. Wedding & Major Event Bookings
For weddings and major events, clients are encouraged to notify Trickshots Studio as early as possible when requesting a change of date.
Any new date is subject to availability. If the requested date is unavailable, the original booking terms will remain applicable.
6. Cancellation by the Client
If a client cancels a booking after the 24-hour period, the 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.
If the client has paid more than the required 50% deposit, the additional amount may be considered for a refund based on the circumstances of the cancellation and any costs or services already incurred.
7. Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of the scheduled shoot or event.
If a client cancels before the service takes place and has not paid the remaining balance, the unpaid balance will not be due.
8. Cancellation by Trickshots Studio
If Trickshots Studio is unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will communicate with the client and work towards an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling the service or refunding amounts paid for services that cannot be provided.
9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Certain circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party may affect a booking. These may include severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures, emergencies, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such circumstances affect a booking, Trickshots Studio will work with the client to find a reasonable solution, including rescheduling where possible.
10. Payment Processing Charges
Where a refund is approved, any non-refundable payment-processing or transaction charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
11. How to Request a Cancellation or Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made directly to Trickshots Studio using the contact information provided on our website.
Clients should provide:
– Full name
– Booking date
– Service or package booked
– Reason for the request, where relevant
– Preferred new date, if requesting rescheduling
12. Acceptance of This Policy
By completing a booking and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, together with the Trickshots Studio Terms of Service and Booking & Payment Terms.
